Return Policy

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. To receive a prepaid return label, a return request must be made within 10 days.

We offer free shipping once per order placed. If you decide to make a second return request for another item or submit a request after 10 days of delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees. An RMA # will be issued once approved and only returns that have been approved will be processed. Click here to start return process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Returns must be received in new condition, unworn, and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to refusal. If your return is refused, we will ship it back to you.

Some items are ineligible for return including final sale.

*Swimwear, face masks, and any jewelry that goes inside the body (Earrings, Ear Cuffs, Naval Jewelry) are not returnable*

International returns are buyers responsibility. (which we do not ship to at the moment)

1. You can either contact our customer support to have them create a new order for the requested item, which you will be charged as a new purchase and separately return the item you no longer want.

2. Or you can place the new purchase yourself and request a return through your account order history.

*Excluded Items cannot be exchanged or returned*

Once approved, an RMA # will be issued and only returns that have been approved will be processed. Print out the USPS, UPS prepaid return label, or a return label you have purchased and place it on the package. Make sure there are no other previous labels on it. Include your return form and order number. USPS? Drop it off at your local post office. UPS? Take it to your closest UPS store.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our returns department. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
