If you are wondering if your order has been received, shipped, or delivered yet.. You will find a link at the bottom of the site "Check my order" or under the J&M tab in the main menu. If you still have questions, please contact us.

Since we offer many products from many different vendors, our transit times vary. Each listing will display how long it takes for that particular item. 

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it. However, we always try. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Yes! If you do not wish to keep an item, you can return it within 30 days after the item has been delivered. Returns within the US are free if the return is requested and postmarked within 10 days after the item is delivered. Returns from outside the US are buyers responsibility. The refund process is completed within 7-10 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Check out our return policy for more details.

You can either contact our customer support to have them create a new order for the requested item, which you will be charged as a new purchase and separately return the item you no longer want. Or you can place the new purchase yourself and request a return through your order history.

If you did not receive your order, but it was marked delivered by the carrier, please first try contacting the carrier that delivered it. If they are unable to assist you, check with your neighbors and if it has not been delivered within 3 days of being marked delivered, contact our customer support helpdesk. Contact must be made within 30 days of ship date.

You can make a purchase using a debit or credit card. We additionally offer Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We currently ship anywhere within the contiguous United States.

Unfortunately, our system is set up so we can only apply one promo code per order. Save all promos with future expiration dates for your next order.
